Content remains on secure servers during editing. Completed projects are retained for 90 days post-delivery. All content is treated as confidential and shared only with editors working on your projects.

Portfolio Use

We request explicit permission before using any work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

13. SMS/Text and Communications Policy

• Message frequency varies based on account activity
• Standard message and data rates may apply

• Phone numbers are never shared for third-party marketing

Team member calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified before recording begins.
